These terms govern your use of the Level Offer website, operated by 1598387 B.C. Ltd. By using this site or requesting an offer, you agree to them.
What we do
Level Offer buys homes directly from owners for cash. We are a home-buying company — not a licensed real-estate brokerage. We do not list properties, represent sellers or buyers as an agent, or provide real-estate, legal, financial, or tax advice. You’re encouraged to seek independent advice before selling.
We buy on our own account. In some cases we assign our purchase contract to another buyer who completes the purchase; the price in your agreement with us does not change, and you never pay us a fee or commission — our compensation comes from reselling the home or assigning our contract.
Requesting an offer
Submitting the form is a request for us to review your property and, if it fits, make an offer. It is not a contract, a listing, or an obligation on either side. Any offer we make is non-binding until a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties. We may decline to make an offer for any reason.
Accuracy of information
Please give us accurate details about your property. An offer is based on the information provided and may change if the property differs materially from what was described.
No guarantee of outcome
We don’t guarantee that we will make an offer, the amount of any offer, or that a sale will close. Timelines described on this site are typical, not promises.
Intellectual property
The Level Offer name, wordmark, and site content are ours and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 1598387 B.C. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. The site is provided “as is.”
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
